Job Description
ABNO Softwares International is seeking ambitious, driven, and curious individuals to join our team as Sales Trainees. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build valuable skills, and grow into a Business Development Executive within a fast-growing EdTech company.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Trainee, you will:
  • Support the sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads.
  • Conduct market research and proactively reach out to schools and educational institutions.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for client presentations, demos, and follow-up meetings.
  • Promote marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to drive interest and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and help identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 years of sales experience are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
