Job Description
ABNO is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides hands‑on training in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the design and implementation of ERP and enterprise solutions. The intern will work closely with cross‑functional teams to document workflows, assist in client engagements, and contribute to system optimization. This role is designed to build analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, preparing the intern for a career in business analysis and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in requirements gathering and documentation for ERP and enterprise projects.
  • Support process analysis and workflow mapping to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Participate in client meetings and training sessions, gaining exposure to stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Develop skills in data analysis, reporting, and business process improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation of new processes, systems, or technologies, including coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to users affected by new systems or processes, including developing user manuals and conducting training sessions.
  • Identify and assess risks, issues, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring ongoing alignment and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed to deliver optimal business value.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of business principles, including business processes, budgeting, cost–benefit analysis, and organizational strategy.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, software development life cycles, and how technology supports business goals.
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and statistical software (e.g., Python, R).
  • Understanding of process modeling methods and tools (e.g., UML, flowcharts, Visio).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
